1. Scope and Seller

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of digital products (software tools, source code, and related files as ZIP downloads) offered on unparzd.com.

Seller: the operator named in our Imprint (full name and postal address).

2. Products

All products are digital goods delivered as ZIP files. Each product includes source code, documentation (README in EN/DE where applicable), and a product-specific license document inside the ZIP. Use of the software after purchase is governed by our separate License Agreement and the license file included in the product.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices shown on the product card are final prices in euros (EUR). If the seller qualifies as a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act (Kleinunternehmerregelung), no VAT is charged or shown separately. Otherwise, prices include statutory VAT where applicable. Payment is processed exclusively via PayPal. The payee shown on your PayPal receipt may appear as respectforcreators, a related project operated by the same seller (see Imprint).

4. Contract Formation

Product descriptions on unparzd.com are not binding offers but invitations to purchase. By clicking Buy Now, accepting the license, privacy policy, and these Terms of Sale (including the withdrawal consent for digital content below), and completing payment via PayPal, you submit a binding order. The contract is concluded when PayPal confirms successful payment and our server verifies the transaction.

5. Delivery

After successful payment, a Download your ZIP button appears immediately in the same checkout popup on this website. No confirmation email is sent. You are responsible for downloading and saving the file while the popup is open. Keep your PayPal receipt as proof of purchase.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers in the EU/EEA)

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

Exception for digital content: If you expressly agree at checkout that delivery begins before the withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is made available, the right of withdrawal expires when the download is provided (Section 356(5) German Civil Code / EU Consumer Rights Directive).

At checkout you must confirm: acceptance of these Terms of Sale, request for immediate delivery, and acknowledgment that your withdrawal right expires once the download is made available.

To exercise withdrawal where it still applies, send a clear statement to contact@unparzd.com. A withdrawal form is not required but you may use this template:

I hereby withdraw from the contract for the purchase of the following product: [product name], ordered on [date]. Name, address, date, signature (if on paper).

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply to digital products. If a product is defective, contact us at contact@unparzd.com with your PayPal receipt. We will remedy valid defects within a reasonable time (e.g. corrected download or refund where appropriate).

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable typical damage. Tools are provided for integration into your own projects; you are responsible for testing and suitability for your use case.

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected if you are a consumer in the EU/EEA.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms of Sale when necessary. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to your purchase.

2. Produkte

Alle Produkte sind digitale Waren, die als ZIP-Datei geliefert werden. Jedes Produkt enthält Quellcode, Dokumentation (README EN/DE, soweit vorhanden) und eine produktspezifische Lizenzdatei im ZIP. Die Nutzung der Software nach dem Kauf regelt unsere separate Lizenzvereinbarung sowie die Lizenz im Produkt.

3. Preise und Zahlung

Die auf der Produktkarte angezeigten Preise sind Endpreise in Euro (EUR). Qualifiziert sich der Anbieter als Kleinunternehmer nach § 19 UStG, wird keine Umsatzsteuer berechnet oder gesondert ausgewiesen. Andernfalls sind die Preise einschließlich gesetzlicher Mehrwertsteuer, soweit anfallend. Die Zahlung erfolgt ausschließlich über PayPal. Als Zahlungsempfänger kann auf Ihrem PayPal-Beleg respectforcreators erscheinen, ein verwandtes Projekt desselben Anbieters (siehe Impressum).

4. Vertragsschluss

Produktbeschreibungen auf unparzd.com sind keine bindenden Angebote, sondern Aufforderungen zur Bestellung. Mit Klick auf Buy Now, Akzeptanz der Lizenz, Datenschutzerklärung und dieser Verkaufsbedingungen (einschließlich der Widerrufseinwilligung für digitale Inhalte unten) sowie Abschluss der Zahlung über PayPal geben Sie eine verbindliche Bestellung ab. Der Vertrag kommt zustande, wenn PayPal die erfolgreiche Zahlung bestätigt und unser Server die Transaktion verifiziert.

5. Lieferung

Nach erfolgreicher Zahlung erscheint unmittelbar im selben Checkout-Popup auf dieser Website ein Button Download your ZIP. Es wird keine Bestätigungs-E-Mail versendet. Sie sind dafür verantwortlich, die Datei herunterzuladen und zu speichern, solange das Popup geöffnet ist. Bewahren Sie Ihren PayPal-Beleg als Kaufnachweis auf.

6. Widerrufsrecht (Verbraucher in EU/EWR)

Sind Sie Verbraucher, steht Ihnen grundsätzlich das Recht zu, binnen 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen von diesem Vertrag zurückzutreten. Die Frist beginnt mit Vertragsschluss.

Ausnahme bei digitalen Inhalten: Stimmen Sie beim Checkout ausdrücklich zu, dass mit der Lieferung vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist begonnen wird, und bestätigen Sie, dass Sie Ihr Widerrufsrecht verlieren, sobald die digitalen Inhalte bereitgestellt werden, erlischt das Widerrufsrecht mit Bereitstellung des Downloads (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB / EU-Verbraucherrechterichtlinie).

Beim Checkout müssen Sie bestätigen: Akzeptanz dieser Verkaufsbedingungen, Wunsch nach sofortiger Lieferung und Kenntnisnahme, dass das Widerrufsrecht mit Bereitstellung des Downloads erlischt.

Um ein noch bestehendes Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, senden Sie eine eindeutige Erklärung an contact@unparzd.com. Ein Formular ist nicht vorgeschrieben; Sie können folgende Vorlage nutzen:

Hiermit widerrufe ich den Vertrag über den Kauf der folgenden Ware: [Produktname], bestellt am [Datum]. Name, Anschrift, Datum, Unterschrift (bei Mitteilung auf Papier).

7. Gewährleistung

Es gelten die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte für digitale Produkte. Bei Mängeln kontaktieren Sie uns unter contact@unparzd.com mit Ihrem PayPal-Beleg. Wir beheben berechtigte Mängel innerhalb angemessener Frist (z. B. korrigierter Download oder Erstattung, soweit sachgerecht).

8. Haftung

Wir haften unbeschränkt bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit, bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit sowie nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz. Bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur bei Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten, begrenzt auf den vorhersehbaren typischen Schaden. Die Tools sind zur Integration in eigene Projekte bestimmt; Sie sind für Tests und Eignung für Ihren Anwendungsfall verantwortlich.

10. Anwendbares Recht

Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Zwingende verbraucherschützende Vorschriften Ihres Aufenthaltsstaates bleiben unberührt, wenn Sie Verbraucher in der EU/im EWR sind.

11. Änderungen

Wir können diese Verkaufsbedingungen bei Bedarf anpassen. Für Ihren Kauf gilt die zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung auf dieser Seite veröffentlichte Fassung.
