License Agreement
1. Scope
This license agreement governs the use of the digital tools, scripts, and code components (referred to as “the Tools”) purchased on unparzd.com by the buyer. Each purchased product also includes a product-specific license document (EN/DE) inside the ZIP, which forms part of this agreement.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase, you receive a lifetime, non-exclusive right to use and modify the source code for an unlimited number of your own projects as well as your clients’ projects.
3. Copyright Notice
The source code ships with a discreet copyright notice from unparzd.com. You are explicitly permitted to remove or modify this notice within the source code for your projects.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- resell or redistribute the source code (unmodified or modified) as a standalone product,
- offer it for download on marketplaces or public platforms,
- publish the unmodified source code in a publicly accessible code repository without access restrictions,
- claim sole authorship of the original code.
5. Warranty & Liability
The Tools are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. The author assumes no liability for damages, data loss, or technical issues arising from the use of the code, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Support & Updates
Support: If you encounter technical issues, contact contact@unparzd.com. We typically reply within 48 hours.
Updates: Each product is sold as a complete, final version. There are no feature updates or ongoing development. Critical security patches may be provided at the author’s discretion, but are not guaranteed.
7. Refunds
As these are digital products delivered immediately upon payment, the right of withdrawal expires once delivery has begun, provided the buyer has explicitly consented to this. If you run into technical issues, please contact us directly. We’ll find a solution.
